Savitri Mission comprises extracts from the Mother’s spiritual diaries, mostly dated between 1912 and 1917. The 313 prayers presented in this collection were carefully chosen by the Mother for publication and were originally written in French before being translated into English.
A limited selection of these prayers, representing approximately one-fifth of the total, was first released in English in 1941. Among them, some were translated by Sri Aurobindo himself, while others were revised translations undertaken by disciples. In this volume, prayers fully or partially translated by Sri Aurobindo are indicated with an asterisk (*). This publication is brought to you by Sri Aurobindo Ashram located in Pondicherry.
This app also offers audio tracks of the world-renowned "Savitri" created by Maharshi Shri Aurobindo. The explanations are provided in English and Gujarati languages by Dr. Ashwin Kapadia during the Savitri Ghyan Yagna.
